Dave Thunder is an actor and comedian from New York City. He is a graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. He has been acting professionally since the age of eleven and has a repertoire of over seventy-five distinct comedic characters and impersonations. His television credits include “Conan O’Brien,” The Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim, ESPN, and programs for the Children’s Television Workshop. He can also be heard as the English voice of “Signal,”
in the Japanese anime series, “Twin Signal.” He has written and performed standup Sketch comedy, and improvisation at various theaters and clubs throughout the Country, including notable runs with The Upright Citizen Brigade Theater, Gotham City Improv, and The Magnet Theater. Jon Bander is an actor and comedian in NYC. He has been doing comedy of all forms for the past 8 years. You can catch him performing at the Magnet Theater with improv house team Phooka or doing standup at various NYC venues. He was a creator and host of the variety show Her Majesty’s Standup and was a cast member in such shows as The Necropolitans, The Wisdom Circle, Factory Factory, and The Shandling. As an actor he has tackled roles as challenging and divergent as Meat Loaf and Santa Claus. Jon has studied with many of the finest improv luminaries including Armando Diaz, Kevin Dorf, TJ Jagodowski, David Pasquesi, Joe Bill,
Mick Napier and Susan Messing to name a few. Jon graduated from Rutger’s University with a degree in Journalism and Media Studies. Mostly his journalist notepads were for writing jokes or cartoons about how bored he was. Most people just call him Bander. Feel free to do the same.
